Michael Gau

Michael Gau is the Founder and CEO of Win Succession Inc. With over 15 years of experience helping advisors transition their insurance and investment books, Michael brings deep expertise in succession planning, practice valuation and advisor support.

He has held senior roles in both national insurers and financial services firms, including Empire Financial Group, where he served as Executive Account Manager for British Columbia. His leadership extends to the industry level, having served on multiple Advocis boards, as President of GAMA Canada and as past President of the Vancouver Chapter of the Managers Association of Financial Advisors.

In addition to his financial services background, Michael is a dedicated community leader and former President of the Burnaby Board of Trade, where he led a major revitalization of the organization.
